New York State requires that students in seventh, ninth and eleventh grades as well as any student new to the district have a physical. A copy of this physical must be on file in the Health Office. If your child has not had a physical AFTER September 3, 2021, one must be submitted or they will be scheduled for a physical by the school physician.
We are anticipating our school physician to be doing physicals here the first week in November. We will schedule your child for a school physical if we don’t receive a copy of a current physical by October 31, 2022. It may be easier to have the doctor fax it to us at the fax number listed below.
If you think you have already sent one in please call the Health Office immediately at (518) 279-4600 Ext 2426. It may not have reached us.
Last reminder! Purchase your 2023 High School Yearbook at the lowest price of the year. Order a personalized yearbook before Oct 21 and receive 3 FREE icons. Yearbooks will be delivered in June before school ends!
