Tomorrow is Flag Day and Red, White and Blue Day in the Elementary School! ❤️🤍💙
A special message from Mr. Pogue: A huge thank you to the PTSA for hosting a fantastic Elementary School Field Day today. The officers and parent volunteers did a great job, and created a memorable day for all of our students. The PTSA's kindness and generosity was outstanding - every student received a T-shirt to commemorate the day, in addition to treats and water at the end of their event time. Today's event could not have been better - thank you!

The 7th graders had a penny war to raise money for "Water for South Sudan". The students read the book "A Long Walk to Water" in ELA which is about the struggle for clean water in the Sudan. The students raised $1,230, which is enough to sponsor 2 villages' clean water and hygiene education. This is the most the seventh grade has ever raised doing the penny wars!
